Rental partners with a trusted partner badge are some of our favorite partners, according to renters. The trusted partner badge is based on ratings, reviews and reliability data from various metrics. These rental partners feature a badge in search and on the listing details page.
Every month, listings are evaluated automatically based on ratings, reviews and data from other renters daily, to determine which listings are the most loved by guests.
Hosts do not need to apply for their listing to be evaluated for the Guest Favourite badge. The badge is automatically applied and updated every 30 days. Rental partners can review if their listings qualify in the listings tab. In the View feature, you can find if the listing features the trusted partner badge. Rental Partners can also browse as a renter to find if their listing features the badge in search results.
